LodgingBase provides travel distribution technology, including a marketing website, supplier console, and APIs for inventory, rates, contracts, and bookings. Our platform enables hotels, DMCs, wholesalers, and OTAs to manage and distribute lodging inventory.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Submitting information through our contact form does not create a commercial relationship until we have agreed to terms separately.

To access platform services, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent inventory or rate information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Use the Services to process bookings for properties you are not authorized to represent
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without prior written consent

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you input into our platform, including property information, room types, rates, availability, and booking details. LodgingBase is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate data provided by users.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by LodgingBase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to our platform, and you grant LodgingBase a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LodgingBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for platform services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to platform services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use those services ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For registered users, we may also notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
